Texas Gov. Rick Perry says states should be allowed to decide whether or not to allow same-sex marriage. A federal judge recently struck down a ban on same-sex marriage in Texas. Perry says Texas citizens voted to ban same-sex marriage, and that is an issue that should be left up to the people.
